Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Rewarm service ("Service") operated by Kyuzo Corp d/b/a Senders ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Rewarm is designed for legitimate audience recovery — helping businesses safely re-engage contacts who previously opted in but have become inactive. We take our responsibility to maintain a healthy email ecosystem seriously.

1. Permitted Use

The Service may only be used to send emails to contacts who:

• Previously provided consent to receive marketing communications from you
• Have an existing business relationship with you (e.g., prior customers)
• Were legitimately acquired through opt-in methods

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to send emails that contain or promote:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Illegal products, services, or activities
• Harassment, threats, or abuse
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Gambling or online casinos (where prohibited by law)
• Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
• False or misleading information

3. Prohibited Practices

You may not:

• Use purchased, rented, or third-party email lists
• Use email addresses harvested from websites or other sources without consent
• Send emails with false or misleading header information
• Use deceptive subject lines
• Fail to include a valid physical postal address in your emails
• Fail to honor unsubscribe requests promptly (within 10 business days)
• Attempt to circumvent spam filters or deliverability protections
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Exceed sending limits or attempt to bypass rate limits
• Use the Service in a way that negatively impacts other users or the Service infrastructure

4. Data Quality Requirements

To maintain deliverability and protect the email ecosystem, you must:

• Ensure contact data is accurate and up-to-date
• Remove hard bounces and invalid addresses promptly
• Honor all unsubscribe and opt-out requests
• Maintain records of consent for all contacts
• Comply with suppression lists and do-not-email requests

5. Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing email communications, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
• CASL (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation)
• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation - EU/EEA)
• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
• PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations - UK)
• Any other applicable local, state, national, or international laws

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor use of the Service for compliance with this AUP. We may, at our sole discretion:

• Review content and contact lists for compliance
• Investigate reports of violations
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP
• Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
• Remove or refuse to send content that violates this AUP

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at hello@senders.co. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• Warning and request to remedy the violation
• Temporary suspension of the Service
• Permanent termination of your account
• Legal action, if appropriate

We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect the Service, our users, and the email ecosystem.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
